We enjoyed an amazing nine-night stay at this hotel, which offered spacious and bright rooms with lovely balconies. The friendly staff went above and beyond, making our experience even better. We appreciated the diverse dining options and the convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions. However, the noise from the entertainment in the evenings could be disruptive if you're looking for peace and quiet.

I had a wonderful time at the Bahia Cristal Hotel! The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and plenty of family-friendly activities. The room offered great views and ample space for my family. However, I found the dining experience frustrating due to the lack of complimentary water at dinner and the chilly outdoor pool. Overall, a memorable family vacation with a few minor downsides.
